Design and layout - Well lit and spacious, we took no shortcuts while designing and building our cafe. A proper and efficient work flow with beautifully designed detail work allows customers and employees alike to enjoy their coffee experience at TCCCo.
Coffee, Explained
Varying kinds and methods of coffee are often times particular to each individual shop...
Cold Brew - Our number one by far! Our Cold Brew Coffee is cold filtered and steeped for over 24 hours. It's easier on the stomach due its elimination of fats and acidity during the brewing process. Lasts much longer and hits harder than traditional iced coffee.
Drip Coffee - We feature three different blends all with their own unique flavor profiles and tasting notes. Responsibly sourced from all over the world, check out our shop section to learn more.
Espresso and Latte- Our espresso comes from our darker roasted Night Shift Blend, full of nutty notes and dark chocolate undertones. Our Americano's and Lattes all come from the NIght Shift Blend and are sure to meet your coffee expectations!
